Refund Policy

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Eligible Cases

A refund or replacement may be considered if the wrong item was delivered, an order was cancelled before preparation, or there was a confirmed issue with the order.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available after the order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, or if incorrect information was provided by the customer.
